THE KIDS LEFT, THE DOG DIED, NOW WHAT?
By Carole Caplan-Lanner - Musical Comedy

Roles: 2 males and 2 females, age 35 – 60, with mid-range vocals are required for this production. Please prepare 32 measures of an upbeat song.

The four performers play several dozen middle aged character in different comedic situations. The characters struggle with the effect of gravity on their bodies, how grandchildren affect their self-image and their egos. The show has a humorous and heartfelt look at the day-today concerns of the over-fifty “empty-nester” crowd including everything from retirement and AARP, dating to divorce, plastic surgery and grand parenting.
