“I’m a Theatre Tech, if you see me running…try to keep up.”

A Bachelors graduate of the University of Montana School of Theatre and Dance, I have served as BHCT’s Assistant Technical Director and Master Electrician for the past five years and it has been a rollercoaster of challenges and of triumphs.  We’ve come so far from the days of The Little Mermaid and Man of La’Mancha, and I can only imagine what wonders await us in the future 2021-2022 season.  As for me, I bring a generalist approach to most productions and pride myself on a very diverse skillset which ranges from metal working and wood turning, to lighting design and sound editing, to computers and streaming. This has led to interesting projects such as making a fully working sink for Crimes of the Heart (2018), BUCKETS of blood for Macbeth (2019), or destructible doors for Flaming Guns of the Purple Sage (2018).
The mission of BHCT is to collaborate with our community to entertain, educate, and foster growth in the arts with a vision to serve as a creative and educational home that is inclusive, transformative, and inspirational for the entire community and the values of community engagement, inclusivity, innovation and creativity.


 Black Hills Community Theatre performs on the ancestral homelands of the Paha Sapa. We acknowledge we share this community with the Oceti Sakowin and the legacies of violence, displacement, migration and settlement that have brought our community together.
